General Motel Policies:
Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
If you will be arriving after 11:00 p.m., please call us prior to this time so we can make arrangements for you. Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Early check-ins: During the off season (October – April), rooms are usually available by 2 p.m. During our peak summer season, rooms are rarely ready prior to the 4 p.m. check-in time. We have room to stow extra baggage for you until check-in if you need to leave some bags.
There is a two-night minimum stay required on weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day with holiday weekends having a three-night minimum stay. There are no refunds for early departures.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult will incur a $10 per night/per person fee. Children 18 and under staying with parents are free.
Maximum occupancy per room including children is two people in a 1 bed unit, and four people in a two bed unit. We have a limited number of roll-a-way beds available to increase those numbers by one. Please do not arrive with more than the maximum occupancy per room. We may not be able to accommodate you and other accommodations on late notice may be difficult to locate.
Quiet time is between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Everyone is expected to respect this time.
Parking is limited to one vehicle space per room. Extra parking is available on avenue.
Pool and Spa is open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Children must have direct adult supervision.
All rooms are non smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside. If you are a smoker, please do not smoke in the doorway of your room. That is not considered outside. Smoking of any kind in non smoking rooms will incur a minimum $100 fee and may put the room out of service at managements’ discretion. This would result in a “loss of income charge” in addition to the cleaning fee.
